Hello all,
As we start the summer, we want to share some foods that are very hydrating! (see image below). It is important to increase our water intake, especially during the summer months!!
We can increase our water intake by consuming fruits! Fruit salads are very popular during the summer months, so get creative and explore the many different fruits that are available to us!
